In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to withdraw without justification and return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of its receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its packaging intact (sealed), and include the original contents. In this case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Defective Product

In the case of a defective product regarding its operation (DOA), the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund, replacement of the defective product with a new one, or replacement with another model of their choice of corresponding price (communication with the store is required for price differences) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of its receipt. In this case, the return shipping costs (and the new shipping costs, in cases of replacement/exchange) shall be borne by the Company.
Damaged Product

In the case of a damaged product, the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund, replacement of the defective product with a new one, or replacement with another model of their choice of corresponding price (communication with the store is required for price differences), provided that the product has been inspected upon delivery in the presence of the carrier (note that the carrier is obliged to remain during the unsealing process of the products). In this case, the return shipping costs (and the new shipping costs, in cases of
replacement/exchange) shall be borne by the Company.
Incorrect Shipment

In the case of an incorrect product shipment due to the Company or its suppliers/partners, the customer shall have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of its receipt. The product must be in pristine condition, unused, with its packaging intact, and include the original contents. In this case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the Company.
Unjustified Product Return

The customer has the right to return purchased products at no cost and without needing to explain the reason for their decision to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the customer is charged with the stated return cost.

     Returns will be accepted only after inspection of the product to be returned. The product must be in the exact same condition in which it was delivered.

     In all return cases, the customer is responsible for returning all documents accompanying the product intact and in excellent condition (e.g., invoice, retail receipt).

     In any case, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
